About The Christina Crossbody Bag:
“Christina” is a crossbody bag pattern for a bag made with 2 different fabrics (you can use fabric, cork, leather or vinyl). It features a fitted lid with a twist lock that covers the opening of a decorative 3D front pocket with a magnetic snap closure. There is a top handle with decorative rivets. The adjustable cross body strap is made with 2 different materials. Fro the lining I have used waterproof canvas (which will keep the content safe and dry if your bag gets wet). The waterproof canvas lining does not need extra interfacing to be sturdy. However, if you make it of regular fabric, you need interfacing. The lid, strap connectors and also the handle has to be made with a fabric that does not fray.
- Decorative front slip pocket with a magnetic snap.
- Zipper back pocket
- It has a fitted lid with a twist lock.
- Two colored top handle with decorative rivets.
- The adjustable cross body strap is made with 2 different materials.
- It comes with a side gusset that makes it spacious inside.
- The inside lining has a zipper pocket on one side and a slip pocket divided in two on the other.
- 14 decorative rivets placed on the handle, strap and strap connectors give extra strength to this bag
About The Christina Crossbody Bag Pattern:
There are three files to download after you have bought this crossbody bag pattern. The page with the links pops up in a new window right after you have paid. You just go back to the previous page to click on the next link, and then the next. It should be really easy. You will also receive an email with the links to the crossbody bag pattern and instructions to your email inbox. If you don’t, please check your spam folder. One file is the pattern file, which you have to print out. The other two are instructions for how to sew it. One version has no photos for cheaper printing, and the other contains photos that you can look at on your I-pad or computer while you are sewing your bag and following along. The crossbody bag pattern pieces are color-coded according to the fabrics you use, and there are labels you can cut out to pin to the pieces of fabric you have cut. There is also a material list, telling you what you need of fabrics and hardware to make this bag. There is a cutting list as well, to tell you how many of each piece you need to cut, and in which fabric.
